Portal Arena

Portal Arena respects your privacy and complies with Meta's Quest Store requirements. This policy explains what information is collected when you use Portal Arena on a Meta Quest device, how it's used, and how you can manage or delete it.

What we collect

• Oculus User ID, username, and avatar picture.
• Device & technical info: headset model, OS version, hardware identifiers, performance metrics.
• Gameplay & usage data: session length, achievements, matchmaking info.
• In-game voice packets (not stored long-term).
• Crash reports and anonymous analytics via the Oculus SDK.

Why we collect it

To authenticate you, load saved progress, enable multiplayer, keep the game compatible and stable across Quest devices, balance gameplay, respond to support requests, and prevent cheating or fraud.

Sharing & storage

We share device logs, crash reports, and anonymous usage metrics with Meta (Oculus) to keep Portal Arena compatible with the Quest Store, and use trusted third-party providers (including Photon) for hosting and analytics under confidentiality agreements. We do not sell personal information to advertisers. Profile data is retained while your Oculus account is active; gameplay metrics for up to 24 months, crash reports for up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can request the data we hold on you, delete your local data by clearing the app's storage on your Quest, or withdraw consent for future data collection. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.

Other

Portal Arena is intended for users aged 13+. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS, access is restricted to authorized personnel, and we run periodic security reviews. Portal Arena may link to external sites we're not responsible for. This policy may be updated to reflect new features or legal requirements, with material changes announced via the Oculus platform or in-app.

Gorilla Warzone

We are committed to protecting the privacy of Gorilla Warzone players. This policy outlines what personal information we collect, how it's used, and how you can manage or delete it.

Information collected

• Personal information: name, email address, payment details for account creation and transactions.
• Non-personal information: device details, gameplay data, and analytics.
• User data used to display usernames and avatars in-game.

How it's used

To enhance gameplay, customization, and customer support; for marketing communications with opt-out options; and for aggregated analysis to optimize performance.

Sharing & security

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers under strict confidentiality agreements. Reasonable security measures are in place, though no system can be guaranteed fully secure. Data is retained only as long as necessary or as required by law.

Your rights

You can access, update, or correct your personal information. To delete your account and data, clear the app's data — this is removed from the app's database automatically per Meta's standards.

Other

Gorilla Warzone is not intended for children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their data. This policy may be updated periodically, effective upon posting.
